Anupama Chatterjee does not ship any physical products. No delivery charges, shipping fees, or courier services are applicable. All products are delivered digitally upon successful payment.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

Access is granted instantly in most cases. In rare instances, it may take up to 24 hours.
Please ensure that the email address and WhatsApp number provided during checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect contact information.
As all our products are digital, exchanges are not applicable once course access has been granted.
However:
If a session you purchased is cancelled or becomes unavailable, we will provide an equivalent alternative at no additional cost.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong course, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase (before access is activated), and we will review your request.
